Access To
- The rear of the room is accessed on level A of the Louis A. Simpson International Building, to the right as you enter via the accessible entrance.

- The most accessible route has step-free level access.
- There is step-free level access to enter.
- There is Braille, tactile and written text signage on or near the door.
- The door to enter opens outwards and has a low color contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The door requires effort to open.
- The width of the door opening is 2ft 9in (84cm).
Room
- There is step-free level access in this area.
- There is room for a wheelchair user to turn (5ft x 5ft - 152.5cm x 152.5cm).
- There are chairs without armrests, height adjustable desks and fixed desks in this area.
- The tables are at a suitable height for wheelchair users.
- There is tiered seating with a handrail on the left going up the steps.
- There is a clearly signed fixed assistive listening system.
- The assistive listening system was tested, however it was not working at the time of the survey.
- There is step-free level access to the speaker's area.
- The lectern is height adjustable.
- Lighting levels are adjustable.
