- ADA drop-off and parking at the Museum requires approval to drive onto campus. Please contact the Art Museum at least 3 business days in advance to request campus access. Getting Inside
- The approach to the west entrance and the main entrance is via a slope with a gradient of less than 5%.
Or via 9 steps with a height of 6in (15cm), a depth of 15in (38cm) and a handrail at a height of 3ft 1in (93cm). The main entrance then has an additional slope with a gradient of less than 5% directly in front of it. - Princeton University Art Museum has 4 main entrances each of which provides step-free access via a ramp or a slope which bypasses steps.
There is also an events entrance which has step-free access via ramp which bypasses steps
The west entrance has a slope with a gradient of less than 5% on approach which bypasses steps on approach to the entrance. The entrance has two sets of double doors of which one door opens automatically. . - The main entrance, west entrance, south entrance and east entrances are signed as Princeton University Art Museum.
The events entrance is not signed. - The west side entrance provides step-free level access to floor 1 of the building.
- The events entrance door is permanently held open when in use and has a ramp with a gradient of 5%. The ramp bypasses steps.
The south side entrance has automatic doors and is accessed by a ramp with a gradient of 8% that bypasses steps.
