Getting Inside

Getting Around
- The first set of steps in the reception lobby and steps on the first floor dining corridor can all be bypassed by the platform elevator.
All other floors are accessed by stairways. - On the first floor there is a ramp leading up towards the dining room, which has a gradient of 10%, and then down towards the bedroom with adaptations, which has a gradient of 9.5%. From the mezzanine floor the access to floors 2 and 3 is via the main stairway.
- On the second floor there are steps up to bedroom 301 and then steps down towards the remainder of the bedrooms 302 - 304.
- Floor surfaces along circulation routes on floor 1 and mezzanine are hard, smooth and shiny with some carpet runners and rugs.
- There are resting areas on the first floor reception lobby and the mezzanine with a mixture of seating.
