Getting Inside

Getting Around

    The first floor is divided into separate lobby areas accessed separately by various entrances.
  • On the basement floor there is a link passage between the elevator and the main corridor where Rooms B11 - B47 are located.
    The passage has a ramp and is accessed via fire doors at either end.
  • There is internal access between McCosh Hall and Dickinson Hall on the first floor, via 4 steps from Entrance 7.
  • On the second floor, access between the elevator/Helm Auditorium and Arthur M. Wood Auditorium is via Auditorium 46 and Auditorium 28.
    Alternative access to Arthur M. Wood Auditorium is stepped.
    There are some narrow doorways and raised thresholds along the circulation routes on the second floor.
  • Floor surfaces along all circulation routes are hard and smooth, with some having a shiny finish.
