Access To
- The Food Gallery at Frist is located on the A Level of Frist Campus Center.

- The most accessible route has step-free level access.
- This is via the A level entrance to the Frist Campus Center.
- There is step-free level access to enter.
- The door to enter opens outwards and has a high color contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the door opening is 6ft 7in (201cm).
Eating and Drinking
- This area has a counter where food and drink can be ordered, a self service counter, a touchscreen ordering service, staff who can provide assistance with ordering and a designated seating area.
- Full table service is not available.
- The type of food served here is hot and cold meals and snacks.
- Menus are wall-mounted, available on a board, digital, online, available on a touchscreen and displayed on the counter.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeout cups and takeout cutlery.
Counter (Food Counters)
- There is step-free level access to the counter.
- There is a touchscreen at a height of 3ft 11in (120cm) available.
- The touchscreen available only applies to the Grill and Barbecue counter.
- There is no (or very little) background noise.
- Some flooring is shiny.
- Lighting levels are varied.
- There are a total of 7 food counters available, each providing a different type of cuisine.
The height of these counters ranges from 28in (72cm) to 35in (91cm) high.
Counter (Payment Counters)
- There is step-free level access to the counter.
- The height of the counter is 3ft 1in (93cm).
- The lowered section of the counter is at a height of 2ft 11in (88cm).
- There is no (or very little) background noise.
- Some flooring is shiny.
- Lighting levels are even.
- There are a total of 4 separate payment counters available.

The measurements for the payment counters on the right side of the food service area are 37in (95cm) high with a tray rail that is 33in (86cm) high.
Counter (Tray Return and Condiments)
- There is step-free level access to the counter.
- The height of the condiments counter is 29in (76cm) high and the height of the condiment pumps are 46in (119cm) high.
The tray return counter is 35in (91cm) high. - There is no (or very little) background noise.
- Lighting levels are bright.
Seating Area
- There is step-free level access in this area.
- There is a turning space for wheelchair users in the seating area.
- There is space for a service animal to rest in the seating area.
- There are chairs without armrests, bench seats, tables and dining tables in this area.
