Access To
- Room 004 is accessed on level LL of the Friend Center, towards the end of the corridor as you exit the elevator to the left.

- The most accessible route has step-free level access and an elevator.
- There is step-free level access to enter.
- There is Braille, tactile and written text signage on or near the door.
- The door to enter opens outwards and has a low color contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The door requires effort to open.
- The width of the door opening is 2ft 9in (83cm).
- There is an identical alternative entrance available, at the end of the corridor as you exit the elevator to the left.
Room
- There is step-free level access in this area.
- There is room for a wheelchair user to turn (5ft x 5ft - 152.5cm x 152.5cm).
- There are chairs without armrests and fixed desks in this area.
- The tables are at a suitable height for wheelchair users.
- There is tiered seating with a handrail on the right going up the steps.
- There is step-free access via ramp to the speaker's area.
- The height of the lectern is 3ft 3in (100cm).
- Lighting levels are adjustable.
